Billing
Manage your paid plan, billing interval, invoices, and cancellation.
Workspace owners manage subscriptions under Workspace → Billing. Choose Starter or Growth, a monthly tracked-event tier, and monthly or annual billing. Checkout is handled through Stripe. Annual billing charges for 12 months of service at the price of 10; usage allowances still reset monthly.
Change a plan
Increases in enforced capacity can take effect immediately. A decrease or a change of billing interval is scheduled for the current paid period's end. Mixed changes that lower some capacity are also scheduled. If a change reduces the Website limit, choose which Website should keep tracking.
Payment details and cancellation
Open the Stripe Customer Portal from Billing to update payment methods, see invoices, or cancel at period end. Plan and tier changes happen in Graytower. You can restore an ending subscription before it finishes. The Billing screen shows your current state, pending change, and usage window; use those dates rather than assuming a tier change resets usage.
