Compare Workspace allowances and understand when each usage meter resets.
Usage is measured for the Workspace, across its Websites. See current meters and renewal dates under Workspace → Billing.

Free does not expire or need a card; its allowances do not reset. Paid tracked-event capacity depends on the tier you select. Paid usage windows reset monthly even when your subscription is billed annually. Annual billing pays for 12 months at the price of 10.
Read your usage
Open Workspace → Billing for the used amount, allowance, and reset date of each meter. A Free meter says Lifetime allowance because it has no monthly reset. On a paid plan, check the meter's next reset rather than the annual invoice date.
The Workspace also meters Product Profile website refreshes: 2 lifetime on Free, 4 per month on Starter, and 10 per month on Growth. Pending invitations reserve team seats until accepted, canceled, or expired. Remove excess team members before selecting a plan with fewer seats. Changing paid tiers changes capacity according to the subscription transition; it does not create a fresh usage window. See Billing for timing.
