Quickstart
Create a Website, install Graytower, verify a pageview, and optionally connect Stripe.
You can get traffic data with one Website and one browser snippet. Stripe and the Opportunity Profile are optional next steps.
1. Add your Website
In Graytower, create a Website using its registrable root domain, such as northstar.app. Do not enter https://, a path, or app.northstar.app. Graytower recognizes subdomains of the registered root. See Add a Website.
2. Install the tracker
Copy the snippet shown during setup or under Website → Settings → Tracking. Put it in the site's HTML <head> on every page you want to measure, then deploy. The installation guide shows HTML and Next.js App Router examples.
3. Verify a pageview
Open a page on the deployed site. Return to Tracking status and select Verify installation if Graytower is still waiting. Receiving events means it has accepted a pageview. A new Website can show Waiting for tracking activity until that happens. See Verify tracking.
4. Add revenue and context
Connect Stripe under Website → Settings → Revenue to import payments. If you use a custom checkout, pass visitor context to Stripe for stronger matching. Complete the Product Profile when you want more relevant opportunities.
