What each history level keeps
Detailed data supports event-level views such as Users, Journeys, and Funnels. Daily aggregates keep summarized traffic and Goal counts; they cannot reconstruct an older visitor journey.

If a plan change reduces retention, Graytower keeps the previous retention window for a 30-day grace period before the shorter policy applies. Deleting a Website or Workspace is a separate request and does not wait for this grace period.
